Nordex Group has secured a 160MW turbine order from Efor Holding subsidiary Yellice Üretim AŞ, for the Yellice wind farm in Turkey.
The contract includes the supply and installation of 23 N163/6.X turbines at a site in the Sivas province, where elevations range from 1850m to 1990m above sea level.
Installation is scheduled to begin in spring 2026, with commissioning planned later that year.
Nordex will also provide a 10-year premium service agreement.
Yellice forms part of Turkey’s latest YEKA WPP-2024 wind auction and marks Nordex’s third project under the scheme.
İbrahim Akkuş, chairman of Efor Holding, said: “This collaboration carries strategic significance – not only by expanding our installed capacity, but also by underscoring the critical role the private sector plays in shaping Turkey’s sustainable energy future.”
Ender Ozatay, VP Region Turkey and Mid East at Nordex, said: “Yellice will further strengthen the long-standing relationship between our two companies. We’re proud to contribute to this transformative programme once again.”
