Vestas has won a deal to supply turbines for WindBauer’s 49MW Bartow Pfalz wind farm in Germany.
The Danish company will deliver six V162-7.2MW units and one V150-6.0MW machine to the site in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
The order includes supply, delivery, and commissioning of the turbines.
Hardware delivery is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026 with commissioning scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.
Vestas will then service the turbines under a long-term full scope service agreement, designed to ensure optimised performance of the assets, it said.
