The German Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) is seeking a company to carry out meteorological measurements and prepare a report as part of the preliminary investigation for an offshore wind zone in the North Sea.
The work will be in the so-called N9 area according to the BSH’s 2020 development plan.
It aims to determine accurate information on the possible wind conditions in the areas N9.1, N9.2, N9.3 and N9.4, as well as other meteorological data.
The plan is to carry out two in-situ measurements for at least one year in each case, according to the tender documents.
The contract is valued at €1.25m.
Work would start on the 1 December this year and continue until 31 January 2023.
Interested parties have until 10am local time on 10 November to apply.
