Vestas has secured a turbine order totalling 109MW from an undisclosed customer in France for an unnamed wind farm.
The deal is for the supply and installation of 26 V150-4.2MW machines, as well as an active output management 5000 service agreement for a minimum of 10 years.

Turbine delivery and commissioning are scheduled for next year.
Vestas said that since installation of its first turbine in France in 1991, it has installed over 5GW and more than 2200 units.
The Danish manufacturer said the volumes give it a 30% market share in the country.
