Trianel has launched a tender seeking maintenance support for its 200MW Borkum wind farm in the German North Sea.
The initial five-year contract also covers “optional repair/refurbishment of major components” of the project’s 40 AD5-116 wind turbines on tripod foundations that have a nominal output of 5MW each.

Tenders must be submitted by 11 November 2019 by 10pm and can be submitted in the German or English language.
The contract is subject to renewal for a further five years.
