Revenues will be banked at 50% of the full electricity price, said Enlight.
Thirty-four of 38 GE 2.75MW turbines are installed at the wind farm, which is located in the north-east Vojvodina region.
Full operations are expected to get underway in the second quarter of 2019.
Blacksmith will generate revenue of €28m per year, according to Enlight.
