ABO Wind has secured €131m funding from HSH Nordbank for two wind farms in Finland totalling 50.1MW.
The bank provided €65m for the 23.1MW Haapajärvi project and €66m for the 27MW Ratiperä wind farm.
HSH Nordbank was advised by law firm Watson Farley & Williams’ Hamburg bank and finance team.
The team, which was led by partner Thomas Hollenhorst and supported by senior associate Marcus Mützelburg, also worked closely with WFW’s Finnish correspondent law firm Krogerus on the domestic law aspects of the transaction.
