A2Sea jack-up Sea Challenger has left the port of Hull with the final load of Siemens Gamesa turbine components for Statoil’s 402MW Dudgeon offshore wind farm off the coast of Norfolk.
The vessel has carried out 17 trips between the Dudgeon site and Hull, an A2Sea spokeswoman said.
Dudgeon will feature 67 Siemens Games 6MW turbines when complete later this year.
The project generated first power to the grid in February.
