Force 9 hires Clash Gour help

Consultancy SLR is to support Force 9 Energy in gaining section 36 consent for the 315MW Clash Gour wind farm near Elgin in northeast Scotland.

SLR is working on the environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the wind farm.

Services include work on planning, cultural heritage and archaeology and socio-economics, as well as project management of the EIA, the company said.

SLR sector leader for power Mark Brown said: “In recent months we have been expanding our established renewables team adding key recruits in EIA project management and civil engineering/hydrology.”
