The European Energy Group is preparing to sell its 50% stake in a 20MW wind farm in Italy to an unnamed German investor.
The companies signed a term sheet today outlining the main conditions for the sales agreement, which is expected to be signed in the second quarter of 2017.
The wind farm has been in operation since the start of 2017 and consists of 10 Vestas V110-2MW turbines.
“Closing of the sales agreement will be subject to a number of customary conditions precedent, including long-term project financing of the project being in place,” European Energy Group said.
