Ulstein Design & Solutions and SeaOwls will unveil a next generation self-propelled heavy lift jack-up vessels for the offshore wind industry in February.
The new design, known as Soul, will be launched at the Offshore Wind Journal Conference in London on 7 February.
The companies describe the new design as a “game changing solution for the offshore wind installation market”.
The design is a joint development of Ulstein and SeaOwls, combining respective specialist knowledge within ship design and jack-up technology.
