Developer Wirsol has has started the commercial operation of a 30MW solar photovoltaic plant in Delfzijl in the Netherlands.
Canadian Solar has supplied 116,335 CS6P-265P modules for the project.
The plant is expected to generate approximately 27,634 megawatt hours of electricity a year.
Canadian Solar chief executive Shawn Qu said: “We look forward to building more solar projects together with Wirsol in the Benelux.”
