Trina Solar has named Gonzalo de la Viña as new head of Europe for the company’s module business unit.
De la Viña was previously the company’s sales director in Northern Europe.
He joined the company last year having previously been an independent consultant and managing director DACH & eastern Europe at REC Solar.
De la Viña said: “Our objective is to quickly grow our market share in Europe, despite the rough market climate.”
