Innovative Solar Systems is inviting bids for from potential buyers of nine solar projects totalling more than 300MW in the south-eastern USA.
The projects, which are currently under construction, range in size from 20MW up to 80MW.
Some of the facilities will be online by the end of the year, with the remainder complete in 2017.
Innovative Solar Systems said the projects include tier one solar panels, inverters and single axis trackers.
It added that financial models for the projects indicate an approximate return of 15% for the debt equity investor and about 35% for tax credit investor.
