European Energy and an unnamed partner have signed a conditional agreement to sell Envia Mitteldeutsche Energie a 12MW wind farm near Cottbus in Germany.
The wind farm consists of five Nordex 2.4MW turbines installed on 141-metre hybrid towers.
It is currently under construction and is expected to be grid connected in the second quarter of 2016.
Upon grid connection the “main condition precedent for the buyer’s take-over of the wind farm will be satisfied”, European Energy said.
