BayWa has sold to CEE the 24.2MW Aston Clinton solar park in in Aylesbury in England.
CEE, an associated company from Hamburg, takes over the technical operations management of the facility.
The project was completed in the spring and was connected to the grid under the ROC scheme.
It is financed by Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe and has a 20-year power purchase agreement with McDonald’s Restaurant.
BayWa board member responsible for the energy business Matthias Taft Matthias Taft: “Aston Clinton is now the third PV project that we have successfully sold to CEE, and in so doing, we are pleased to be able to continue our close and mutually beneficial collaboration.
“We remain involved in the project by managing its operation, too.”
