The tender for the 330MW and 350MW offshore wind farms Borssele 3&4 off the Dutch coast has attracted 26 bids.
A dedicated team of experts is evaluating the applications and aims to come to a decision before the end of the year, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency said.
Bidders had until 29 September to apply in what is the country’s second offshore wind energy tender in a year.
The Netherlands aims to have 4.5GW of offshore wind capacity installed by 2023.
