Vattenfall has bid for both lots in the 330MW and 350MW Borssele 3&4 offshore wind farm tender in the Netherlands.
The Swedish company said it has chosen to do this independently, without partnership with other parties.
The Netherlands Enterprise Agency said the tender for Borssele 3&4 attracted 26 bids.
The outcome of the tender is expected to be known in November.
