Dongfang Electric Corporation has signed two contracts to supply its 10MW turbine to the Fujian Changle offshore wind farm in China.
The Chinese manufacturer said the contracts are for sections A and C of the project.

It added that the first turbine 10MW unit, which was installed at the second phase of China Three Gorge’s Fujian Xinghua Bay project in July, has “operated in good conditions with excellent performance indicators”.
Earlier this month, the turbine model was awarded type certification by the China Quality Certification Center.
