MPI Enterprise has completed the installation of 18 Senvion 6.2M126 turbines at WPD’s 111MW Nordergründe offshore wind farm in the German North Sea.
The project is located 15km northeast of the island of Wangerooge in water up to 10 metres deep.
MPI Enterprise was acquired by the company in 2015 and features removable spudcans and has a jacking speed of one metre a minute in water depths of up to 45 metres.
MPI also installed the foundations at Nordergründe.
