Copenhagen Infrastructure Fund has chosen Taiwanese company Teco Electric for a turnkey contract for the onshore substation for the 542MW Changfang and 48MW Xidao offshore wind farms off the coast of the Asian island.
Teco and CIP will work together with the midstream and downstream suppliers to buy the main power equipment to ensure local content in the substation.
