Seajacks jack-up Zaratan has set sail for Taiwan to start work on the 120MW Formosa 1 phase two offshore wind farm.
The vessel will install 20 Siemens Gamesa 6MW turbines for the project, which will be located in the Taiwan Strait.

UK outfit Specialist Marine Consultants carried out a full inspection of Zaratan ahead of deployment.
Formosa 1 phase two is being developed by a joint venture of Orsted, Swancor Renewable and Macquarie Capital.
