Taylor Hopkinson and Brunel have secured the contract to supply client representatives for Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners’ 500MW Fengmiao offshore wind farm in Taiwan.
The companies said this is the third project in the region where they have delivered the client representative package for CIP.
They are one of two suppliers selected to act on behalf of the client across all major construction packages to provide safety oversight and ensure adherence to international offshore wind standards.
Fengmiao will feature 33 Vestas turbines to deliver 500MW of capacity and support Taiwan’s energy transition goals.
Lucia Noble, head of offshore wind and subsea cables at Taylor Hopkinson, said: “We’re proud to continue our long-standing partnership with CIP in Taiwan.”
She added: “Delivering Client Representatives across all major construction packages for Fengmiao reflects our deep understanding of offshore wind project execution and our ability to provide the high-calibre specialists needed to ensure safe, efficient, and successful delivery.”
She said: “This award demonstrates the strength of our collaboration with Brunel and our shared commitment to supporting offshore wind growth in Asia.”
Taylor Hopkinson said the award follows its recent geophysical Client Rep scope win on ELWIND in Latvia and Estonia.
