Taylor Hopkinson has been retained by Metlen Energy & Metals (formerly Mytilineos) to source and deliver over 100 recruits across eight countries over the next five months.
Metlen operates in 40 countries and across all five continents and has a 14GW renewables portfolio focussed on solar, battery and onshore wind technologies.
Having recently signed a €2bn strategic cooperation agreement (SCA) with PPC Group, the largest utility in Greece, and securing a €400m investment from the European Investment Bank (EIB), the business is set for exponential growth.
Taylor Hopkinson is the exclusive partner of choice to deliver an extensive recruitment project, recruiting a minimum of 100 specialists to support portfolio growth across the UK, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Poland, Spain, and Germany.
Taylor Hopkinson managing director Jamie Taylor said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Metlen to support this exciting and crucial period of growth.
“Given the scale of the project, we will draw upon our global network and deep sector knowledge to deliver in volume across multiple regions.
“Our specialist onshore renewables team has placed professionals in over 55 countries worldwide and conduct business in 15 languages, a key factor in allowing us to deliver across eight key European markets for Metlen in parallel.”
