Nordex Group is to supply turbines totalling 66MW for the first phase of the Mount Gellibrand wind farm in Australia.
The deal involves the supply of 22 AW125/3000 machines on 87.5-metre tubular steel towers to Spanish project developer Acciona Energia.
The project is located near Colac in western Victoria, about 100km southwest of Melbourne, and is scheduled to be up and running next year.
Nordex will also service the turbines for an initial period of two years.
