TÜV SÜD provided technical due diligence to CEZ during the Czech company’s acquisition of wind farms totalling 98.05MW in Germany.
The work included a study and review of approvals and licences, construction, maintenance and operation contracts, grid connection and energy yields.
CEZ has acquired eight wind farms from WPD totalling 85.25MW and one from Aream with a capacity of 12.8MW.
