UKA has sold the Vietlübbe wind farm in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with a total rated capacity of around 80MW.
The German developer said the project comprises 14 wind turbines that entered full operation in November 2025.
UKA noted that the Vietlübbe deal marks its third wind farm transaction of 2026 following the sales of the Görzig and Niederasphe projects with around 20MW and 28MW respectively.
The company said the three wind farms sold this year can supply the equivalent of more than 100,000 three-person households with electricity.
“We are delighted that we could complete our third successful transaction in 2026 with the sale of our Vietlübbe wind farm,” said UKA chief operating officer of the operations division Stefan Kath.
“This demonstrates that UKA has the expertise and delivery capability to complete large-scale projects to a high quality standard, even in times of challenging markets.”
UKA currently has wind projects with a total capacity of 1.6GW under construction.
The company is also launching a tender process in Germany for six turnkey wind projects with a combined capacity of about 326MW.
The projects are either under construction or being prepared for construction and are scheduled to enter operation by the beginning of 2027 at the latest.
