Acciona was awarded four of the seven lots offered in a tender by Aena, accounting for 76% of the total energy requirement.
Acciona energy management director Santiago Gomez Ramos said: “It is great news that Aena has once again called on Acciona to supply 100% renewable energy, and we are delighted to work with such an important client to cover its electricity consumption in a very competitive way while contributing to reducing its carbon footprint at the same time.”
