Energiequelle has set out its growth plans over the next few years.
The German renewable energy developer is putting in place plans to enter three more countries and double the number of employees to 800 in the next five years.
To this end, the four former Vice Presidents were appointed to the newly created Executive Board with effect from 1 May.
Together with Founder Michael Raschemann, Gregor Weber (Project Management), Lars Schiller (Operational Management), Maik Pytzka (Sales and Finance) and Dirk Meiser (Corporate Functions) will form the new leadership of Energiequelle.
The new division management level in Project Management Germany will be expanded to three people in order to be able to provide even better support to the steadily growing number of branches.
René Radeisen is now responsible for the North East region.
The North West region will in future be managed by Sven Punke.
Stefan Groos, a new colleague, will take over the Southern region.
Weber (pictured) will focus his overall responsibility for more than 250 employees even more on strategic development and to hand over operational tasks to the new division heads.
“It makes me and us proud that we have been able to fill two of the three new positions internally. René and Sven have contributed significantly to the company’s success with their projects over the past years and have earned this step up.”
Weber will also continue to be responsible for the foreign subsidiaries in order to ensure close ties to the German parent company.
