Full Circle Wind Services has appointed Phil Goleby as chief operating officer and statutory director as the company continues its expansion across Europe.
Goleby brings more than a decade of leadership experience in wind, solar and energy storage, having previously held senior roles at Enercon, BayWa r.e. and SSWUK.
He joins Full Circle at a time of sustained growth, with over 200 employees now delivering independent operations and maintenance services for more than 700 turbines across the UK, Netherlands, France, Italy and Greece.
As COO, Goleby will focus on implementing the company’s growth strategy, including mergers and acquisitions and new market opportunities.
