PNE AG chief financial officer Harald Wilbert will step down from the management board on 5 June 2026 at his own request.
The company said the supervisory board has agreed to his departure for personal reasons, with Wilbert set to leave the company on 30 September 2026.
It added that Dirk Simons, chairman of the supervisory board, is expected to take on the CFO role on an interim basis until 19 May 2027.
