The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has confirmed Nick Hurd, Baroness Neville-Rolfe and Jesse Norman in senior energy and climate change roles in the UK government.
Hurd — the MP for Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner — is minister of state responsible for climate change and industry.
Neville-Rolfe is minister of state for energy and intellectual property, while Hereford and South Herefordshire MP Norman is minister for industry and energy.
Greg Clark (pictured) is the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
BEIS said: “The new ministerial portfolios reflect the key priorities for the department to develop a comprehensive industrial strategy; continuing to ensure the UK remains at the cutting-edge of science, research and innovation; tackling climate change; and ensuring affordable, clean and secure energy supply for the UK.”
