WPD Windmanager is targeting new global markets, including Sweden, Spain and Chile, under the motto of ‘Around the World’ at the WindEnergy Hamburg conference and exhibition later this month.
The company, which carries out wind farm management, is already responsible for over 4GW of capacity, with more than 1.1GW in overseas markets including Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Finland, France, Poland and Taiwan.
WPD Windmanager managing director Nils Brummer said: “The international market continually grows in significance. We plan to further expand our international portfolio – in countries, where we already have a strong presence, as well as in new strategic target markets.
“At the world’s leading expo we have the opportunity to discuss cooperations and strategic target markets with operators and investors.
“Due to our long-term experience and our global locations we are well connected and thus able to give investors an easy entry into foreign markets.”
WindEnergy runs from 25 to 28 September at Hamburg Messe in Germany.
