R Power Group companies have signed contracts with Nomad Electric and Onde for the implementation of 135 PV farms worth PLN334m (€73m).
Under the new agreement 72 PV farms will be built by Nomad Electric and 63 farms by Onde.
The Group secured the rights in Poland to sell energy from projects with a capacity of nearly 400MWp in the segment of both small and large projects in the auctions conducted in November last year and June this year.
The main object of the contracts is the implementation of investments including the supply, installation, construction and commissioning of a portfolio of PV power plants, located throughout Poland.
Some of the projects use tracking systems – so-called solar trackers, which allow the PV modules to be moved and positioned in the optimal direction and at the best angle to the sun.
The scope of work excludes the supply of PV modules and inverters.
The value of the projects carried out by Nomad Electric is almost PLN170m, and by Onde is PLN164m.
Nomad Electric is an entity providing services in the field of design and turnkey construction (EPC) and service and maintenance (Operations & Maintenance) of PV installations.
The company provides services for both projects up to 1MWp and larger, large-scale installations.
This year alone, the company has completed PV projects of around 80MWp.
Onde is a leading infrastructure contractor for the renewable energy sector, particularly wind farms and photovoltaic farms in Poland.
It also operates in the road and engineering construction sector, implementing investments for road infrastructure in Poland.
The company operates within the Erbud Group. Onde debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in July 2021.
