Vestas has won a turbine order totalling 269MW for an unnamed wind farm and customer in the US.
The deal comprises three V110-2.0MW machines, 22 V120-2.2MW units and 51 V150-4.2MW turbines, the Danish manufacturer said.

Commissioning is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2020.
It added that including previously purchased 2MW platform components, the project has a total nameplate capacity of 299MW.
The order includes supply and commissioning of the turbines, as well as a 10-year service agreement designed to ensure optimised performance for the lifetime of the project.
