German renewables asset manager CEE Group has acquired the over 14MW Mohlis wind farm in Germany from Juwi for an undisclosed amount.
Mohlis is located in the Thuringia region and comprises four Vestas V136-3.6MW turbines with hub heights of 149 metres.
Debt financing for the deal was provided by Berliner Volksbank.
Technical operation of the 14.4MW plant will be provided by Juwi Operations & Maintenance.
Juwi chief executive Michael Class said: “We are delighted that this special wind farm also has a special operator, with whom we have been working together for many years in a trusting and successful way.”
CEE Group chief executive Detlef Schreiber said: “We are delighted with the acquisition of Mohlis.
“This transaction demonstrates the very collaborative and successful partnership between our two companies in both the wind and photovoltaic sectors.
“Our goal is to continue to work together and to pursue further projects as partners.”
CEE Group now has 405MW of onshore wind capacity in its portfolio, together with 315MW of solar power.
