Trianel Erneuerbare Energien has commissioned two wind farms in Germany totalling 33.6MW.
They are the 14.4MW Creußen project in Bayreuth and the 19.2MW Vogelherd plant near Eckersdorf and Thurnau.
Both wind farms comprise Nordex N117/2400 turbines with hub heights of 141 metres.
Fronteris Group was responsible for construction of the projects, Trianel said.
Trianel Erneuerbare Energien, which is partly owned by 40 local and regional utilities, plans to grow its renewables portfolio to 275MW by the end of 2018.
It said that 90MW of wind projects are already grid connected, with a further 30MW close to completion and “several hundred MWs” under development.
