Van Oord has chosen to partner with Cadeler to execute the 759MW Hollandse Kust Noord offshore wind project off the Dutch coast.
Cadeler will assist with transporting and installing part of the planned 69 11MW wind turbines for the wind farm which is due for completion in 2023.
Last year, Cadeler announced another contract set to be executed in 2022-2023 off the Dutch coast, at the Hollandse Kust Zuid wind farm.
This project consists of 140 of the same 11MW Siemens-Gamesa turbines that are also due to be installed at Hollandse Kust Noord.
