Consultancy SeaState Aviation has opened offices in London and Hamburg, as part of an increased focus on offshore wind.
The company’s managing director Johan Hansen said: “We have seen an increasing demand for our project management, audit, certification and inspection services from the offshore wind and oil and gas industry in these regions.
“The UK and Germany, having the most expansive rate of offshore wind farm construction in Europe, are key markets for us.
“The demand for independent technical, operational and commercial expertise within offshore aviation is increasing, as helicopters are becoming an important part of the personnel logistic strategies for offshore wind farms.”
