Qair has acquired Eno Energy’s French subsidiary EEF SAS and certain wind projects under development in Germany.
The company said the transaction strengthens its European wind portfolio and diversifies its energy mix across multiple markets.
Qair stated the deal includes a project pipeline and portfolio of about 260MW in France, Germany and Belgium, with some projects expected to be ready to build by the end of 2026.
Jochen Nussle, CIO at Qair, said: “This acquisition is a testament to the exceptional teamwork across our organization.”
Nussle added: “Our teams have demonstrated remarkable agility and expertise, enabling us to increase our wind capacity and enhance the availability of renewable electrons for our customers.”
Qair noted that the EEF SAS team will join its Paris office and that the transaction was supported by Capcora as exclusive sell-side advisor to Eno Energy i.I.
