ABO Wind and Trianel have started building the first of 11 wind farms in Germany planned under a cooperation agreement signed last year.
The 6.6MW Bad Arolsen project in northern Hesse state will feature two Vestas V126 turbines and has been slated for completion by the end of 2019.

Trianel and ABO inked a joint-development agreement last August involving the 11 wind farms, which have a combined capacity of 182MW.
Foundations for Bad Arolsen’s two turbines are expected to be cased late this summer, with turbine delivery and construction to follow in the autumn.
The Vestas will have a hub height of 137 metres.
